The Birth Of Our Nation
The United States of America has a rich history that started off with one thing: rebellion. Political feuds between the British government and the American colonists came to a climax on April 19, 1775 at Lexington, Concord’s North Bridge and on the long, bloody road back to Boston. The fighting that began that day between colonial militia, British regulars, and minute men soon grew into a war for independence that lasted more than eight years. Today, it was that fight that let to our freedom as a nation.
Minute men are a key part of American history and represent so much of the ideals of freedom and liberty within the United States. Additionally, Minute Men also stand as guardians to cultural independence and the citizen responsibility that led to a revolution in American history and culture. If you enjoy freedom today, look to the Minute Men to find out where it all began.
